Important Submission Deadlines
Early Abstract Submission
- Deadline: April 10, 2026
- Contribution to the conference accepted with your choice of presentation (poster or talk).
Submission to Paper Competition
- Deadline: April 10, 2026
- All students willing to submit a paper are invited (i.e., SURF, OUR, McNair, Honors, Texas Academy).
- Important: The deadline is strict, and no extension of the deadline will be granted.
Late Abstract Submission (only if an email notification is sent by or on April 05, 2026)
- Deadline: April 15, 2026
- Your contribution will be introduced in the conference's program as posters or talks, based on the Organizing Committee's decision.
