Dr. Janice L. Taylor is an Assistant Professor of Educational Leadership at Â鶹ӳ»­Ó°Òô, where she teaches, prepares, and mentors aspiring school leaders. Her distinguished career in K–12 public education spans more than four decades and includes service as a classroom teacher, intermediate and high school principal, and district-level administrator. Her contributions to educational leadership have been recognized through professional honors, including Secondary Principal of the Year. These extensive professional experiences inform her teaching, scholarship, and commitment to developing effective, reflective, and human-centered educational leaders capable of navigating complex educational environments and sustaining meaningful improvement in diverse school communities.
