Dr. Eunjin Kwon is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Nutrition, Hospitality, and Human Services in the College of Nursing and Health Professions at Â鶹ӳ»Ó°Òô. She also serves as Program Coordinator for the Master of Science in Hospitality Management program. Dr. Kwon earned her B.A. in Tourism Management from Kyung Hee University, her M.S. in Hospitality Management from the University of Houston, and her Ph.D. in Hospitality Management from The Pennsylvania State University. Since joining Â鶹ӳ»Ó°Òô in 2016, she has been actively engaged in teaching, research, and academic leadership. Her research focuses on hospitality marketing, consumer behavior, consumer research, hospitality workforce management, employee well-being and retention, and foodservice studies. Her work is dedicated to advancing student success, curriculum innovation, and industry-relevant education.
