The office of Event Management supports the planning and coordination of events across Â鶹ӳ»Ó°Òô. We provide resources and guidance to help departments and campus partners successfully plan events and reserve university spaces.
Scheduling Space on Campus
25Live is Â鶹ӳ»Ó°Òô's event scheduling and space management system. Through 25Live, users can submit event requests and access scheduling information for a variety of campus locations including conference rooms, theaters, gymnasiums, and other event spaces.
Internal users access 25Live through Â鶹ӳ»Ó°Òô's single sign-on (SSO) using their university credentials.
- Academic class schedules are managed through the Office of the Registrar, and any questions about scheduling a class should be directed to that office.
- Non-university groups, including individuals, nonprofit organizations, and for-profit entities not affiliated with the university can begin by contacting mailto:support@25live.lamar.edu.
