Food Culture of the Greater Gulf with Carrie Helms Tippen

Carrie Helms Tippen, associate professor of English at Chatham University, will give the keynote for the 2025 Greater Gulf Symposium. She most recently wrote "Unpalatable: Stories of Pain and Pleasure in Southern Cookbooks." Poster session, book signing, reception and refreshments will be avaialbe. This event is free and open to all.
